Q: Why can’t I see 3D models in the Viewer Tab?

A: Ensure that your system meets the minimum hardware requirements for 3D rendering and that WebGL is enabled in your browser. DAIMIA Connector uses WebGL for rendering 3D models in the Viewer, and if WebGL is not supported or enabled, the 3D models will not be displayed. Additionally, if you’re working with native CAD files, make sure that they have been converted into a viewable format (such as OBJ, 3MF, or STL) to be properly displayed in the Viewer.

Q: How do I reset my layout to default settings?

A: Go to the Layout menu and select Default to return to the default configuration.
